Reseller Hosting policy

To maintain optimal performance and service quality, all Reseller Hosting users are required to comply with the following terms:

1. Storage Capacity Limits

• Maximum Capacity: Each cPanel account is limited to a maximum of 50GB.
• Scope: This limit includes all website files, SQL databases, and email accounts.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) for Files

Our hosting services are intended exclusively for website-related files (such as HTML, PHP, etc.). We strictly prohibit the use of storage space for:

• Storage of backup files.
• Movie or software download sites.
• Storage of large static files (movies, .zip files, or personal archives).

3. Resource Usage & Security

We reserve the right to take firm action against accounts that:

• Abuse or excessively consume CPU resources.
• Are involved in or become the source of DDoS attacks.
• Sanctions: Account suspension or termination may occur to maintain server stability.

4. Warning Procedures & Problem Resolution

If your account exceeds usage limits or violates these rules, the following procedure will apply:

• Gradual Warnings: We will issue up to 3 warnings.
• Resolution Time: You are granted 48 hours to resolve the issue after a warning is received.
• Suspension: If no action is taken within 48 hours, the account will be suspended for an additional 24 hours for final resolution.
• Termination: If the issue remains unresolved, the account will be permanently terminated.

Important: Backups are only provided before the account termination occurs. Once an account has been fully terminated, no backup data can be retrieved or provided.
